| Day 1 |
Muscat – Jabrin – Jebel Shams – Nizwa |
|
Morning visit to the oasis city of Nizwa. Visit the fort and the souk. Continue to visit Jabrin and its famous castle. After lunch proceed to Jebel shams (Grand Canyon), the highest mountain in the Arabian Peninsula, then drive back to Nizwa. |

Nizwa – Wadi Bani Khalid – Wahiba Sands |

Explore the local villages then, via Wadi Bani Khalid, arrive at the copper-coloured dunes of Wahiba Sands, home of the Bedouins. Experience the thrills of dune driving. Overnight in the desert campsite. (B,D) |
| Day 3 |
Wahiba Sands – Sur – Ras Al Had |

Discover the narrow streets and cornice of Sur and visit the Dhow building yard. Continue to Ras Al Had. After dinner leave for the famous Turtle Beach where turtles nest and lay their eggs. (B,D) |
| Day 4 |
Ras Al Had – Wadi Shaab – Muscat |
| |
Drive on the coastal road along the Gulf of Oman and its pristine beaches. Discover Wadi Shaab, a breathtaking canyon with green pools and waterfalls. Continue to Fins beach for a short swim. Later drive to the fishing village of Quriyat, then to Muscat. (B) |
