Saturday : Casablanca
Arrival transfer to your hotel and dinner. (D)
Sunday : Casablanca - Rabat
Morning sightseeing of Casablanca with external visit of the Hassan II great Mosque beofre strolling along the Aïn Diab Corniche. After lunch, depart for Rabat. Visit the administrative capital of Morocco. (B,L,D)
Monday : Rabat - Meknes - Fez
Depart to Fez with a stop at the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Lunch and continue onto Meknes which was founded at the end of the 17th Century by Moulay Ismail.(B,L,D)
Tuesday : Fez
Spend the day discovering Fez. The medina of Fez is one of the largest living medieval cities in the world. Its narrow winding labyrinth of alleys is crammed with every type of craft workshop, retaurants, open markets and tanneries. Witness the craftsmen working with their traditional methods. (B,L,D)
Wednesday : Fez - Midelt - Erfoud
Early departure to Midelt via Azrou and its bustling medina. After lunch, continue through Midelt and Ziz river. Arrival in Erfoud, famous for its fossil sites. (B,L,D)
Optional excursion by 4X4 to the stunning Merzouga dunes.
Thursday : Erfoud - Tineghir - Ouarzazate
Depart to Tineghir via Rissani. Visit the ruins of Ksar Abbar and travel through the Tinjdad road onto the stunning Todra Gorge, known for their impressive escarpments. Continue onto Ouarzazate via the sublime Dades Valley. (B,L,D)
Friday : Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou - Marrakech
Morning visit of Ouarzazate and continue to Aït Ben Haddou. See this famous ancient Kasbah which has been used as a set for many movies. Lunch and continue via the Tiz-In-Tichka Pass (2260m in altitude) and Taddert to Marrakech. (B,L,D).
Saturday : Marrakech
Today discover Marrakech, the second oldest imperial city known as the "Pearl of the South". Visit the Saâdian Tombs, Koutoubia Mosque (exterior), Bahia Palace & the Menara Gardens. After lunch, explore the souks and the Djemaâ El Fna Square with its various entertainments going on all around all the time; snake charmers, singers, story tellers.....(B,L,D)
Sunday : Marrakech - Essaouira
Breakfast and departure to Essaouira, via Chichaoua. Visit this city which used to be a typical Portuguese harbour and has fine examples of both Moorish and Portuguese art. (B,L,D)
Monday : Essaouira - Casablanca
Departure to Casablanca with a stop at El Oualidia enroute. Continue along the Atlantic coast to reach El Jadida for an orientation tour of this charming harbour. Continue to Casablanca.(B,L,D)
Tuesday : Casablanca
Departure transfer to the airport. (B)
