Day 2 Amman - King's Highway - Petra
Begin your discovery of this spectacular and friendly country with a drive along the ancient "King's Highway". Visit Mount Nebo's "Promised Land" church, the superb Holy Land mosaic at Madaba and the grand crusader castle at Kerak. Continue to Petra.(B)
Day 3 Petra
Enter into one of the world's architectural wonders, the rose-red city of Petra, hewn out of solid rock by the ancient Nabateans. Pass through the narrow "siq", reaching hundreds of feet above you. Marvel at the many temples & tombs spread across this immense site, hidden for centuries from the outside world.(B)
Day 4 Petra - Wadi Rum - Aqaba
Explore the dramatic desert landscape of Wadi Rum (a thrilling jeep ride is included). Later drive to Jordan's Red Sea resort, Aqaba.(B)
Day 5 Aqaba - Amman
Morning at leisure. Time for a swim or some snorkelling around coral reefs. Later drive on the "Desert Highway", back to Amman.(B)
Day 6 Amman
Departure transfer to the airport.(B)
