Start your day with a short walking tour in picturesque alleys of the old, fortified town of Jaffa (Joppa). Drive northwards along the coast to the archaeological ruins of Caesarea, built by Herod the Great. From there we go on to visit Megiddo to see the ancient city inhabited continuously for more than five millennia. Drive toward Tiberias on the Sea of Galilee.

Visit Capernaum, to see the synagogue where Jesus preached and the recent excavations of the House of St. Peter. Continue onto Tabgha, where Jesus multiplied five loaves and two fish. Ascend to the top of the Mt. of Beatitudes, where you can relive the Sermon on the Mount. Ascend the Golan Heights and from Mt. Bental, peer deep into Syria and the ghost town of Kuneitra - See the whole of Northern Israel from atop the Hula Valley.

This morning visit the holy sites of Nazareth - See the Basilica of the Annunciation, and visit Mary’s Well and the Church of St. Joseph. Visit the wedding church at Cana where Jesus turned water into wine. See the ancient city of Beith Shean, a fully excavated Roman/Byzantine city of Scytopolis. Ascend the mountains to the holy city of Jerusalem.

Masada and Dead Sea |

Depart Jerusalem via the Inn of the Good Samaritan. Visit the caves of Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Ascend the mighty fortress of Masada - the last stronghold of the Jewish Zealots in their war against the Romans. Experience a ‘float’ in the salty waters of the Dead Sea (weather permitting).

Start with a spectacular view of Jerusalem from Mount Scopus, and then onto the Garden of Gethsemane. In the Old City visit the Western Wall and the Temple Mount (subject to security clearance). Walk the Via Dolorosa (Stations of the Cross) until the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Visit the tomb of King David and the Room of the Last Supper on Mount Zion.

See the famous Dead Sea Scrolls at the Shrine of the Book. View a detailed model of Jerusalem from Herodian times. Experience a moving visit to the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial. Explore the quaint village of Ein Karem where John the Baptist was born. Drive by the Knesset (House of Parliament) and the beautiful campus of Hebrew University. Continue to Bethlehem (subject to security clearance) to visit Shepherds Fields, Manger Square and the Church of the Nativity.
