Cairo - Alexandria
Transfer from Cairo to "Alexandria. Visit to Pompey's Pillar, the Catacombs, the New Library and the National Museum. |
| Day 2 |
Alexandria - Marsa Matrouh - Siwa Oasis
Drive along the Mediterranean coastline to the famous white beach at Marsa Matrouh and continue via the desert to Siwa Oasis. (B,D) |
| Day 3 |
Siwa Oasis
Visit the Temples of Amun, visited by Alexander the Great. Continue to Cleopatra Springs, Jabel El Mawta Tombs and Siwa House Museum (B,D).
OPTIONAL Desert Safari to one of the natural springs on the edge of the great sand sea. |
| Day 4 |
Siwa Oasis - El Alamein - Cairo
Drive back to Cairo via El Alamein. Visit El Alamein War Museum and the cemetery. (B) |
