Join NZ born Alison and her husband Hasan for a discovery of Turkish cuisine and a sampling of local wines.

Based on fresh local produce, each day's menu includes fresh juices, starters, salads, 1-2 main courses and a dessert followed by tea or Turkish coffee.

Lessons take place in a relaxed atmosphere and offer the opportunity to chat with your hosts about culture and life in Turkey and Cappadocia from both Kiwi and Turkish perspectives.
