ITINERARY                          
Day 1 - Saturday

Istanbul  (TURKEY) 
Upon your arrival, you will be met by our representative before transfer to your Hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 2 - Sunday Istanbul
Start your day by visiting the magnificent Hagia Sophia and then continue to the Topkapi Palace.  Visit the Treasury viewing jewellery, porcelain, textiles and costumes of the Sultans.  Continue to the famous Blue Mosque, Byzantine Hippodrome ending at the Grand Bazaar with its more than 3 thousand shops. (B)
Day 3 - Monday

Istanbul - Canakkale
Morning departure to Gallipoli to visit Anzac Cove, Nek, Chunuk Bair, Lone Pine, 56th Regiment Memorial and the War Museum before crossing the Dardanelles to Canakkale. (B, D)

Day 4 - Tuesday

Troy - Pergamum - Kusadasi
Morning drive to Troy - site of the legendary Trojan war and wooden horse.  Cross the Ida Mountains and visit the Pergamum Acropolis before continuing to Kusadasi. (B,D).

Day 5 - Wednesday

Ephesus - Kusadasi
Visit Ephesus with its ampitheatre, library, gymnasium and Temple of Hadrian.  Afterwards visit the House of the Virgin Mary and local handcraft shops. (B,D)

Day 6 - Thursday

Hierapolis - Pamukkale - Marmaris
Drive through the plains and cotton farms to Pamukkale.  Visit the ancient Hierapolis Roman health spa ruins and take time to explore the lime cascades and hot springs.  Continue to Marmaris. (B,D)

Day 7 - Friday

Marmaris - Rhodes  (GREECE)
After breakfast transfer to the port for your ferry to Rhodes.  On arrival you have free time to explore this ancient city. (B)

Day 8 - Saturday

Rhodes - Athens
Today fly to Athens and transfer to your Hotel. (B)

Day 9 - Sunday

Athens
Discover Athens by coach.  Visit Constitution Square, House of Parliament, Memorial to the Unknown Soldier and the National Library.  See Hadrian's Arch, visit the Temple of Olympian Zeus and Panathenaic Stadium.  On the Acropolis view the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens - including the Parthenon and Temple of Athena Nike.  Remainder of day at leisure. (B)

Day 10 - Monday Athens - Mykonos
Transfer to the pier for your ferry ride to Mykonos.  Arrive and transfer to your hotel.  The rest of the day at leisure. (B)
Day 11 - Tuesday Mykonos
Free time in Mykonos to experience the atmosphere of this beautiful Island. (B)
Day 12 - Wednesday Mykonos - Santorini
After breakfast take a ferry to Santorini.  Arrive and transfer to your hotel. (B)
Day 13 - Thursday Santorini
Day at leisure. (B)
Day 14 - Friday Santorini - Cairo  (EGYPT)
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Cairo. (B)
NOTE: flight from Santorini to Cairo is NOT included in your tour cost
Day 15 - Saturday Cairo
Arrival transfer to your hotel.  Relax by the pool and take in the spectacular views of the Pyramids. (B)
Day 16 - Sunday Cairo
After breakfast in the shadow of the Pyramids, take a private tour of the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx before continuing to explore the ancient capital of Memphis and the Step Pyramids of Sakkara.  Optional Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids. (B)
Day 17 - Monday Cairo - Luxor
Fly to Luxor and board your cruise boat.  Afternoon tour to explore Luxor Temple built by two kings Amenophix III and Ramses II.  Continue to Kanak Temple, the main centre of worship in ancient Egypt. (B,L,D)
Day 18 - Tuesday Luxor - Edfu
This morning cross the Nile to the West Bank.  Visit unforgettable sights including the Valley of the Kings, the Mortuary Temple of Hatchepsut, the only woman Pharaoh to rule Egypt, also the Colossi of Memmon facing the Nile.  In the afternoon said to Edfu. (B,L,D)
Day 19 - Wednesday Edfu - Aswan
Visit the mysterious temple of Horus at Edfu and experience a horse drawn carriage ride to and from the Temple.  In the afternoon visit the Kom Ombo Temple with beautiful murals, bas relief and fine views of the river.  Cruise to Aswan. (B,L,D)
Day 20 - Thursday Aswan
Highlights include visiting the Aswan Dams, Temple of Philae and the granite quarries which provided the stone for Karnak and Luxor Temples.  Afternoon felucca sail around Kitchener Island and the Aga Khan Museum. (B,L,D)
Day 21 - Friday Aswan - Cairo
Disembark after breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo.  Morning private tour of Old Cairo's Coptic churches, Roman Fortress and the unique Ben Ezra Synagogue.  Later visit the Egyptian Museum to see the golden treasures of Tutankhamen, with his jewel encrusted sarcophagus.  Also visit the bustling Khan El Khalii Bazaar. (B)
Day 22 - Saturday Cairo departure
Departure transfer to Airport. (B)
