ITINERARY
Day 1 - Friday	Istanbul Upon arrival you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel.  Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2 - Saturday	Istanbul After breakfast enjoy a guided tour to the Topkapi Palace, St. Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar - the major sites of Istanbul.  Overnight in Istanbul. (B)
Day 3 - Sunday	Istanbul - Cappadocia After breakfast, depart for Ankara and a visit to the Mausoleum of Ataturk and its Museum.  This is the burial place of the national hero who founded the modern Republic of Turkey.  Continue on to Cappadocia after a picturesque trip along the Salt Lake.  Overnight stay in Cappadocia.  Optional night tour with a Turkish show is available tonight. Day 4 - Monday	Cappadocia Early in the morning an optional Balloon tour is available, followed by a full day excursion visiting the Kaymaki Underground City, the Open Air Museum of Goreme and the natural fortress in Uchisar.  You will have the opportunity to learn more about the rich history behind local handcrafts such as hand made carpets, turkish tiles, onyx and pottery.  Overnight stay in Cappadocia. Day 5 - Tuesday	Airport transfer Transfer to Kayseri Airport after breakfast. (flight is an extra cost). (B)
