Your private tour of Istanbul begin at the Hagia Sophia, view one of the best Deisis mosaics from 12th century representative of Byzantine Art. Then continue to the Topkapi Palace. Visit the Treasury, where the extensive exhibits include priceless world-class collections of jewellery, porcelain, textiles and costumes of the Sultans. In the afternoon visit the Blue Mosque, the Underground or Basilica Cistern and the Grand Bazaar. (B)

The aroma of spices welcome you at the Egyptian Spice Markets. Visit the Rustem Pasa Mosque, home of some of the best tiles in Istanbul, and the Holy Saviour of Chora church with its mosaics and frescoes. Travel to Ortakoy, take a small public boat on the Bosphorus, some Turkish tea whilst enjoying the views of Istanbul, all before returning to your hotel. (B) |
