Friday Marina Zea, Pireaus - Kea
Between 2:00-3:00pm embarkation in Marina Zea, Depart via Cape Sounion to Kea. Time at leisure to explore Kea’s tiny port Korrisia after dinner. Departure in the early hours for Delos.(D)
Saturday Delos (anchorage) - Mykonos
Optional morning tour to the unique archaeological site of Delos, antiquity’s most sacred island. On to the port of Tourlos in Mykonos, a swim stop on the way. Free afternoon and evening to discover the island’s cosmopolitan lifestyle. Overnight in Mykonos. (B,L/D)
Sunday Santorini
Noon arrival in Santorini (anchorage at Fira). Experience the stunning natural drama of the volcanic caldera. Optional tour to archaeological sites and typical villages with unique views over the Aegean Sea. Night departure for the island of Crete. (B,L/D)
Monday Heraklion, Crete
Morning arrival at Heraclion. Time to wonder around the bustling city of Heraklion or for the optional excursion to the magnificent ancient city of Knossos. (B,L/D)
Tuesday Rethymnon, Crete
Morning arrival at Crete’s famous and lively town of Rethymnon. Optional tour to the medieval old town and the small Venetian harbour, or to Villages and Monasteries nearby. Late departure and sail through the night for Monemvassia. (B,L/D)
Wednesday Monemvassia - Nafplion
Morning arrival at the remarkable medieval fortified town of Monemvassia, with time at leisure to explore the uniquely preserved Byzantine and Venetian architecture and experience the beauty of the natural setting. Depart for Nafplion in the early afternoon, with a swim stop on the way. Evening arrival at Nafplion and overnight in port. The old quarter is charming, with narrow streets and characteristic period architecture. Also, impressive medieval fortifications can be seen in the port and crowning the hills above. Thursday Nafplion - Spetses
Optional tour to Mycenae, the powerful walled palace of Agamemnon the Homeric Achaean king. Early afternoon departure for the island of Spetses. Time at leisure to explore this remarkably preserved traditional town, with no cars to disrupt the singular atmosphere created by this paradoxical blend of aristocratic town houses, genuine island culture and countless trendy shops, restaurants, cafés and cosmopolitan nightspots. The Megayacht HARMONY V
Introducing the latest addition to the Variety Cruises fleet, the Harmony V, a modern vessel with a sleek high-tech look very similar to the private yachts to be found in the famous ports of the world. The 56 meter long/ 8, 4 meter wide Mega Yacht will be launched in April 2008 and will comply with SOLAS safety regulations while its powerful engines, generators and state of the art twin stabilizers will allow for safe and comfortable cruising. A spacious lounge with classy seating and an American Bar leads into a dining area decorated with warm colours. Both areas offer large windows providing for the most beautiful views of all destinations the ship cruises to. The 200 m2 sundeck offers a shaded outdoor area for all day dining and a bar as well as sun chairs and loungers. The swimming platform on Harmony V stern will allow for easy access to the ship and for a wide range of sea related activities.
The 26 cabins of the Harmony V are located on the Swan deck (9 cabins) and on the Seagull Deck (16 cabins) plus one single cabin on the Sun deck. All cabins are premium and contemporary, decorated with soft colour furnishings. Cabins are comfortable and average size is 135 square feet. The 16 cabins on the Seagull Deck consist of 2 fixed double bedded cabins and of 14 cabins with flexible bedding system, which can be arranged to offer either two twin beds or a double bed. The 9 cabins on the Swan Deck consist of 5 double bedded cabins and of 4 twin bedded cabins (no flexible bedding arrangement). The single cabin located on the Sun Deck offers a queen bed. All cabins offer large windows and en suite bathrooms with shower and elegant Corian finishing on walls and floors. The cabins are equipped with flat screen TV sets, DVD players, music channels, mini fridges, hairdryers, individually controlled A/C and safe deposit boxes.
