| Day 1 |
Arrival
Collect your rental car from your selected location and depart for your hotel/villa near Florence. Settle in

Day 2
|
Florence
Morning departure for Florence - walk through the historical centre, visit Santa Croce church, The Baptistry, the Duomo and Giotto's bell tower. Try some of the beautiful Italian ice cream at "Perche no!". Afternoon free to stroll through Florence and visit museums, shop etc. Suggest a traditional dinner at Osteria Tripperia II Magazzino.

Day 3
|
Siena & San Gimignano
Morning visit to Siena known for its beautiful architecture. Sample delicious traditional desserts like Panforte in one of the famous pastry shops. On the way to San Gimignano along the ancient Via Francigena, lunch with some local products such as the Certaldo onion and the organic extra virgin olive oil at the little family-run farmhouse Il Castagnolino. Afternoon visit the famous towers of San Gimignano.

Day 4
|
Gaiole & Greve (in Chianti)
Today spend the day discovering the Chianti hills along the Via Chiantigena (an ancient road connecting Siena with Florence crossing over the hills of Chianti). Lunch at the Osteria al Ponte in Gaiole in Chianti. The set off for Greve and its historic town centre, before heading for Podere Le Fornaci to sample organic cheeses.

Day 5
|
Montepulciano & Pienza
Morning departure to one of the most characteristic and intact medieval cities in Italy. Visit the Enoteca Contucci winery for a free tasting, then explore the wonderful town centre with lunch at the Osteria dell'Acquacheta. Time to sample some of Tuscany's best recipes such as the Pici all'Aglione. In the afternoon head for Pienza, a famous renaissance city also known for its Pecorino Cheese.

Day 6
|
Montalcino
Morning departure for Montaicino, famous for its Brunello (red wine). Visit the Mastio della Rocca home to local products including honey, followed by a visit to Azienda Agricola Casanova dei Neri - one of the leading wine producers in the area for a tasting and guided tour of the cellars
