Known as the 'Spice Island', Grenada is an independent nation made up of 3 islands.

Grenada has more spices per square mile than any other place on earth! So it's no wonder that the island has an aroma of cloves, cinnamon, mace and cocoa which fill the air year round.

The Capital City, St Georges is one of the most beautiful harbour towns in the West Indies with its colonial buildings and wrought iron balconies. This laid back island is full of friendly people, nature trails and white sandy beaches. The most popular of all being Grand Anse beach.

A favourite of visitors and locals alike Grand Anse Beach is 3km of pure white sand in a sheltered bay and is considered to be one of the loveliest beaches in the Caribbean. As the beach is on the western (leeward) side of the island, south of St Georges it is normally sheltered and calm.
