Day 1
Siem ReapWelcome to Cambodia.  Meet, assist and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2

Angkor Temples
Today visit the incredible temple of Angkor Wat, one of the most amazing man made monuments, with its soaring towers and extraordinary bas reliefs.  In the afternoon, visit Banteay Srei and its intricate sculptures; and the jungle-submerged Ta Prohm Monastery where roots seem to grow out of the temple. Day 3

Angkor Temples - Tonle Sap
Visit Angkor Thom and the famous Bayon, composed of 54 gigantic towers featuring 216 smiling faces of Avalokitesvara.  Then visit the Elephant and Leper King Terraces.  Later transfer to your cruise ship.  Welcome drink and dinner on board. (B,D)
Day 4

Kampong Chhnang
Breakfast on board and morning visit to the small village of Chnok Tru, a small floating village almost totally overlooked by tourists.  After lunch on board arrive into Kampong Chhnang - one of the largest fishing ports on the Tonle Sap, and best known for its fine traditional pottery.  See the fish farms and taste some palm sugar from the Thnot sugar palm (a national symbol). Day 5

Kampong Tralach - Phnom Penh
Arrive in Kampong Tralach and visit the beautiful Triach leu Pagoda Vihara (Buddhist monastery) set amidst a magnificent landscape of rice fields.  Return on board for lunch and cast off.  Arrive at Koh Chen during the afternoon and visit this small visit where the inhabitants are experts in silver and copper work.  Return to your boat and continue your cruise to Phnom Penh.  Tonight attend an Apsara Dance Show. Day 6

Phnom Penh
Visit the Silver Pagoda and the Royal Palace, symbolic heart of the nation and one of the finest examples of Cambodian architecture in classical Khmer style.  Continue to the Russian Market.  After lunch on board you have the rest of the day free.  (B,L,D)

Day 7

Phnom Penh - Chau Doc
Cross into Vietnam an complete customs formalities at the border.  Arrive in Chau Doc.  Located at the northern end of the Mekong Delta, Chau Doc is a prosperous and colourful market town.  Panoramic tour of the town and its effervescent markets. (B,L,D)

Day 8
Chau Doc - Sa Dec - Vinh Long
Sail to Sa Dec.  Panoramic tour of this charming town and its colonial mansions.  Continue to vinh Long for overnight stay. (B,L,D)

Day 9

Vinh Long - Cai Be - My Tho
Sail to Vinh Long, located in the middle of the delta, between two arms of the Mekong.  Here life is organised round the water.  Set off in small boats along the canals and through the orchards that lead to the floating markets of Cai Be. Discover the local workers and craftsmen making bricks, pottery and chinaware.  Continue to My Tho and explore Dragon Island and the marvellous Cho Gao canal.  Tonight, farewell cocktail & dinner. Day 10

Ho Chi Minh City
Disembark in Ho Chi Minh City round 11 am.  Meet your private guide and depart on a tour of the former Saigon.  See the Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Chinese district of Cho Lon. (B)

Day 11

Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi
Morning flight to Hanoi followed by a sightseeing tour.  Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature and explore the famous 36 streets of the Old Quarter. (B)

Day 12

Hanoi - Halong Bay
Morning drive to Ha Long.  Board a traditional wooden junk and sail amongst the thousands of karst limestone islands an islets of Halong Bay.  Fresh seafood lunch and dinner will be served on board. (B,L,D).

Day 13

Halong Bay - Hanoi
Wake up early in the morning to admire the bay at sunrise.  Later disembark and transfer back to Hanoi for your onward flight. (B)
