Welcome to Vietnam.  Meet, assist and transfer to your hotel
   
Day 2


Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels
Depart to Cu Chi, to visit the amazing tunnel network built by Vietnamese fighters. Afternoon city tour of the former Saigon. (B)
   
Day 3


Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta
Depart for Cai Be in the Mekong Delta. Embark on a local boat and navigate through the labyrinth of channels and streams to observe the daily life along the river. Overnight in Can Tho. (B,L)

   
Day 4
 

Mekong Delta – Danang - Hoi An
Board a local boat and explore the fascinating Cai Rang floating market. Transfer to Ho Chi Minh City Airport for your flight to Danang. Arrival transfer to Hoi An. (B)

   
Day 5
 
Hoi An
Leisurely cycle journey to the village of Tra Que. Cooking class to learn to cook local specialities. After lunch, sightseeing tour of the beautiful town of Hoi An. (B,L)
   
Day 6

Hoi An - Hanoi
Transfer to Danang Airport for your flight to Hanoi. On arrival, traditional cyclo tour of the 36 streets in the Old Quarter. (B)

   
Day 7


Hanoi
Full day tour of Hanoi. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the thousand-year-old Temple of Literature and the Ethnology Museum. Tonight, attend a traditional water puppet show. (B)

   
Day 8

Hanoi - Halong Bay
Depart for Halong Bay for your junk cruise. Sail amongst the thousands of karst limestone islands and islets of the bay. (B,L,D)

   
Day 9
 

Halong - Hanoi - Luang Prabang
Wake up early to admire the bay at sunrise. Disembarkation and transfer to Hanoi. Flight to Luang Prabang. (B)

   
Day 10


Luang Prabang
Attend the beautiful spectacle of monks receiving alms from kneeling devotees. Today, visit the splendid town with its colonial villas and many gilded temples. (B)

   
Day 11

Luang Prabang 
Cruise on the Mekong to visit Pak Ou sacred caves and drive to the Khuang Si waterfall. (B,L)

   
Day 12

Luang Prabang - Siem Reap (Angkor Temples)
Morning at leisure and flight to Siem Reap. On arrival, transfer to your hotel. (B)

 
Day 13


Siem Reap (Angkor Temples) – Lake Tonle Sap
Morning tour to a floating village on Lake Tonle Sap. Picnic lunch in a villager's stilt house.  Afternoon visit to the incredible Angkor Wat. (B,L)

   
Day 14

Siem Reap (Angkor Temples)
Visit Banteay Srei and the Ta Prohm Monastery. Then, very special lunch and foot massage in a remote temple. Later, visit Angkor Thom.  (B,L)

   
Day 15

Siem Reap departure
Transfer to the airport for your onward flight. (B)
